Had everything you need in a motel room. Always immaculately clean and presented. You always know when something is classy when you first enter the room and your reaction is real nice, real nice. Gives you a good feeling & smile on the dial. Always love the spa bath, it’s massive and has the most jets in any spa bath that I have seen. Love the shower to. They provided 3 different and absolutely lovely smelling bath salts in elegant containers – again great presentation and the wife loved it and said it was a really nice touch. She also loved the nice shampoo and conditioner that was provided, wants to buy them and said they real good quality. They always provide plenty of coffee, tea, sugar condiments, really nice towels etc. This is one of our favourite places to stay and we have stayed at some real nice places.

Such a great visit to this hidden gem. Upon checking in, we were given some very yummy cookies, which was much needed after travelling. We were very impressed with the room, very spacious and beautifully renovated and modern and also super clean. Everything is so close to this motel, walking distance to puns, cafes, restaurants and other shops. We had a great nights sleep, the location was so quiet. My 11 year old was very impressed with the high quality of the shampoo and conditioning products in the bathroom, realising they sell these at MECCA and we have since ordered online! We absolutely loved the continental breakfast in the dining room, which was also gorgeous. The food was presented beautifully and was very yummy. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

From our arrival, our accommodation did not disappoint. We were greeted by friendly staff, even giving us a little treat of lovely choc chip cookies!! The room was decorated very well with a small balcony and lovely green space to sit and enjoy. The bed was very comfortable and great hot water for showers. The staff even gave us information about eating options, which we took their advice and had delicious pizza for dinner. Our breakfast that was included in our payment was a pleasant surprise, fresh fruit, juice, cereals, delicious pastries and toast options. Excellent range and we left with full bellies and very happy. This place is a real piece of paradise, close walking distance to all the great shops, cafes and historic places.

The location was great. Right on the main street across from the donut cart. The staff at the front desk and at breakfast were lovely. Great for a chat and very polite. We just had the Continental breakfast but we all were quite satisfied and walked away full. The room was a little bigger than we expected. It fit 2 single beds, a queen bed, a 2 seater lounge and a 4 seater table setting with room to spare. The bathroom looked modern but the fan doesn't really suck out the steam too well. The pool was great for the kids. It was about 1.5m deep. Not super big, but there were 8 of us in there with out getting in each other's way. When we come back to Berry we will be sure to see if we can stay here again.

The continental breakfast included each day had a wide variety of fruits, cereals, pastries and gluten free options. Although I am not sure if there was a dedicated toaster for the gluten free bread. Towels are available for the pool upon request and housekeeping daily was a nice touch. Friendly staff who were more than happy to answer any questions and even knew our coffee order by the end of our stay! We booked an extra night. I was so relaxed and didn’t want to leave.
